1.This machine realizes the functions of cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, terminal crimping, woaring the plastlc caso, andautomatically inserting the terminal wire into the plastic case at the same time for continuous automatic processing.
2.It can be adjusted on the industrlal computer to adjust the length of the wire to the skin, cut the longth, twist the wiro, dip tho tincrimp the terminal, and pierce the shell.
3.CFM uses a high-sensitivity pressure sensor o detect the pressure deformation whon the terminal is crimped, and accuratoldetects defective products.
4.The CCD visual inspection device can quickly and accurately detect whether the torminal penotratos into tho plastic caso, therebyensuring the performance and quality of the product .
