Product Description

The HC-20+HMG realizes the functions of continous automatic processing of wire stripping, cutting, crimping, double-ended numbering tubes and single-end numbering tubes.

Suitable for the AWG #26-AWG#14, with wide range of processing types.

The machine adopts a modular design, and the wire feeding device, end punching device, knife holder device, numbering tube threading device, drying number device, post-stripping device, take-up device,ect. Can be disassembled independently and quickly, which is convenient and fast for maintenance.

The stripping length of the wire, the cutting length, the speed of the casing number tube, the drying time of the number tube and the speed of crimping the terminal can be adjust on the touch screen.

The machine is euipped with optical fiber induction detection to detect the existence of wires and termianl crimping, so as to improve the yield of products.
