1.This machine realizes the function of cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, termianl crimping, wearing the plastic case, and automatically inserting the terminal wire into the plastic case, and automatically inserting the terminal wire into the plastic case at the same time for continuous automatic processing.
2. It can be adjusted on the industral computer to adjust the length of the wire to the skin, cut the length, twist the wire, dip the tin, crimp the the terminal, and pierce the shell.
3. CFM uses a high-sensitivity pressure sensor to detect the pressure deformation when the terminal is crimped, and accurately detects defective products.
4. TheCCD visual inspection device can quickly and accurately detect whether penetrates into the plastic case, thereby ensuring the performace and quality of the product.
